Development of the stability project of a new house with structural rammed earth of about 324.5 m2 using local soil as construction material, to be built in Melides, Grândola.
Natura Matéria provides specific advice to support the execution of rammed earth walls with local soil. Natura Matéria aims to evaluate the adequacy of existing soil and the definition of soil mixture, including characteristics of relevant properties to meet the stability criteria. In addition, it includes testing during the execution of the work to assess the conformity of the conditions established in the stability project.
It also provides technical assistance to the project and work for monitoring during the execution of the rammed earth walls and preparation of the test specimens, as well as the monitoring during the execution of the walls and preparation of the specimens for testing.
